Terms and Conditions

I agree to pay the required fees for my child’s booked sessions via direct debit or payment method agreed upon with the Director. I understand that if I have been given 3 reminders about paying my bill as per the fee policy and have failed to do so a debt collector might be engaged and care could be ceased.  

I understand that OSHC does not have duty of care before 7am and that I am unable to leave my child in their care until this time.

I understand that OSHC closes at 6pm and that I will be charged an additional $25 for every 15 minutes that I am late collecting my child after this time.

I understand that our cancellation policy during the school term is 48 hours prior to the session start time or full fee applies, NOT 2 days prior. E.g. to cancel for Wednesday before school care, cancellations must be made before 7am on the Monday. To cancel for Wednesday after school care, cancellations would need to be made before 3pm on the Monday for the cancellation to be without charge. During Vacation Care, our cancellation policy is the Friday of the week before the session for the cancellation to be without charge.

I accept the services policies and procedures and will ensure I and my child follow them.

I agree to staff with first aid training to administer first aid to my child if the need arises.

I have made the Director aware of any changes to my contact information and/or my child’s medical needs. If I have indicated my child has additional medical needs, I have provided OSHC with the necessary medication, i.e. puffer/epi-pen, signed the necessary forms and provided a copy of their health support plan.

I understand that staff will not accept responsibility for any child that arrives sick to the service and acknowledge my child will be sent home in these circumstances.

I understand that if at any time the staff of the service consider that my child requires emergency medical/ hospital/ ambulance assistance, they will call for an ambulance to attend my child and that I will be liable for the expenses incurred in the treatment of my child.

I understand that vacation care and pupil free days runs separately from before and after school care and that I am responsible to book my child in for all necessary care across all sessions.  

I understand that I am required to provide my child with a hat, drink bottle, recess and lunch on all pupil free days and vacation care days unless otherwise specified.

I understand that hat season is from the 1^st of August – 31^st of April and that if my child does not attend OSHC with a hat they will not be able to participate in outdoor activities.
